IfWeWin.games is a Premier League table simulator. It works fully anonymously — you can use every feature on this site without an account and without accepting any tracking.
What we store on your device
Strictly necessary (no consent needed): your chosen team and simulator preferences, and a record of your cookie choice itself. These live in your browser's local storage, never leave your device, and identify nothing about you.
Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets _ga cookies and sends usage events (pages viewed, simulator modes used, team selected) to Google. We use this solely to understand which features are used and to improve the site. We do not sell data, run advertising personalisation, or share analytics data with anyone other than Google as our processor. Google's own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you decline — or say nothing — Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics requests are made. Google Consent Mode v2 signals are set to “denied” by default before any script runs.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw or grant analytics consent at any time via Cookie settings in the page footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and deletes the Google Analytics cookies set by this site.
Signing in with Google
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, used only to operate your account. We store no other Google profile data. If you play the prediction game, we also store your score predictions, points, badges, and league memberships against your account — that's the game working as expected, and it is deleted with your account on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. Since analytics data is pseudonymous and account data is limited to the Google profile fields above, most requests can be honoured immediately. Contact us at privacy@ifwewin.games and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data sources
League standings, fixtures, and news are fetched server-side from public sports data feeds. Your browser never talks to those providers directly and no personal data is sent to them.
